Our Commission
We charge a 25% commission on the nightly rental rate only. No fees on taxes, cleaning, or damage waivers. We also charge a one-time $500 onboarding fee that covers smart lock integration, photos, and your listing setup.

Want to use your property for a weekend getaway or family trip? Owners can block off dates anytime — no blackout restrictions. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure it’s ready for your arrival.
